Data we process

When you complete a contact or enquiry form on the site, the information you share is processed:

• Identity and contact: full name, email, phone.
• Enquiry details: company / fund name, country, budget range, asset profile sought, timing and message content.
• Technical: the page path from which the form was sent. If you consent, anonymous visit statistics through analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to assess your enquiry, contact you and hold discussions on the service you requested, based on the consent you give on the form and our legitimate interest in the pre-contractual stage. Analytics cookies run only with your consent.

Transfers and service providers

Your data is not sold. Enquiry records may be processed on servers outside Türkiye by our hosting and database providers (Supabase, Vercel), our notification email provider and, if you consent, Google Analytics. These transfers are carried out in line with the cross-border transfer provisions of KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as the assessment and communication process and legal obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, and the GDPR where applicable, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
